Brief History:
Xelia Wizard Systems Inc. has developed over seven years web-based application Software for the Insurance Industry, such as XIII, eFax and VoIP. For the last two years we expanded into developing web-based Software for general office use. (Virtual-X-Office http://www.virtualxoffice.com) We joined, ~ 3 years ago, an Arizona Animal Rescue Organization. About 14 months ago we designed their Website and so far over 160,000 visitors and a great success on the adoption part. We notice the administration of Rescue is resource intensive. Existing software is expensive and computer knowledge required.
We add to our general web-based office Software a pet/animal module, called PetsTrace
where you can keep track of - animals
- intake
- adoption
- trace chip or “A” numbers
- medical reports
- notes
- images
- documents
- do not adopt notes
- etc.
Our main focus was “user-friendly and easy handling, like a website”.
We offer this Software to Animal Groups for free.
